Alicia Arroyo is currently the Assistant Chef Concierge for Wynn & Encore Resorts. With over 12 years of experience in hospitality and 17 years in management, she is committed to managing business operations with efficiency and creating a positive work environment. She believes continuous education and providing the right tools are vital factors in achieving this. She enjoys coaching and developing staff to provide exceptional service and support their growth. She graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2010. Alicia actively seeks opportunities to continue learning and honing her craft as a concierge, and she is a member of the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d\u2019Or USA. Outside of her professional duties, she enjoys spending time with her two kids, one of whom is a student at Strong Start Academy. She loves creating activities and being outdoors with her children.
