Dachresha Harris has served in the field of Human Resources for the last fifteen years in various capacities. While currently working at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) as the Director Human Resources, her experience includes specialization in organizational development, employee engagement, talent acquisition and labor. Since 2017 Dachresha has served as a board member at large for the Nevada Public Employee Labor Relations Association Board of Directors which is a resource for public-sector labor relations and human resources professionals.<\/p>\n

As a Human Resources professional, Dachresha provides direct oversight of employee\/labor relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, succession planning, reward & recognition, talent acquisition, employee services, leave administration, employee communication, and federal labor law and collective bargaining agreement negotiations and compliance. Dachresha is great at building partnerships and is depended on for strategic advice and recommendations for operational leaders.<\/p>\n
